Association at any time.
Single membership: $10.00
Life membership: $200.00
Historical Association members receive free
admission to the Museum and a copy of the Association Newsletter.

form, fill
it out and return it with a check made out to Humboldt County
Historical Association.
FUNDING
The Humboldt County Historical Association is
financially responsible for our operational costs, staff payroll,
exhibit expense, special events and collection maintenance. We receive
income for our expenses through membership fees, donations, admission
fees and special fund raisers.
VOLUNTEERS NEEDED
There is no shortage of work to be done to
improve and maintain the Humboldt County Historical Association and
Museum. Whether you'd like to donate an hour a year or an hour a week,
your help will be very much appreciated.

Gardeners to tend the Heritage Peony Garden on the
Museum grounds. The gardeners generally work each Wednesday morning
in the spring, summer, and fall, but work can be done at any time to
suit your schedule.

Cleaning, maintenance, and organizing displays in
the museum buildings is usually done on Wednesday morning in the
spring, summer, and fall.
- Tour
Guides provide tours to visitors for school groups,
special events and on regular open days. Training is provided and
volunteers can choose to guide visitors through individual buildings
or all the buildings on our campus.
- Research Assistant -
Learn techniques for handling and
preservation of historic documents while we re-wrap old newspaper
bundles, copy historic photos, and inventory documents. [Contact Pat
